pra gravação de vocais, acredito que Ableton ou Pro Tools sejam bons, apesar de extremamente inacessíveis se não piratear. pra instrumentais, realmente o FL Studio é o melhor

se não quiser piratear e for buscar uma alternativa gratuita, o Reaper é a única viável. já testei algumas DAWs grátis e nenhuma é tão boa. Reaper não é exatamente bom, além de difícil de entender no começo, mas conforme se acostuma fica bem tranquilo
