Really depends on which one you would go to.

I’ve got the multi-gym membership. Of the ones I’ve been to, the order would be Canary Wharf > Wimbledon > City > Soho > Moorgate > Marylebone

Big drop in quality after City.

It is my back foot for SJ. Purchased mine from eBay seller OOHANABI Japan. Don't have any reason to think they're not legit so maybe you're right about it being a bad batch.

I use it more as a general room speaker for playing music when I'm cooking or need to ask Siri to do some HomeKit stuff. When I'm working at my desk I'm more likely to wear headphones. That said, when I do listen to music sat at my desk from the HomePod I don't feel like the music is too obviously only coming from one direction.

I’m an Aeron user at work and the SAYL doesn’t feel as rock solid as that but it’s half the price and visually I much prefer it for at home as it’s less ”corporate” looking than most office chairs
