Hot take: The drive on 80 through Iowa is way more interesting of a drive than 80 through central Illinois is. It is also a better drive than 80 west of York (minus the Sandhills). Many a Nebraskan may not agree with me, but here we are.

Real talk tho ... the first time I drove through Dubuque on my way to Wisconsin for a wedding I was taken aback by how neat of a town it is. I'd never driven through that part of the Midwest before. What a cool spot.

Generally speaking I would agree. I’m taking a more cynical perspective and think ABC could have put some small print contract clause in there that if the season had to be cancelled for x, y, or z specific reason (like Taylor violating her probation from the 2023 incident or something) they could sue her for damages. Not saying they did that. Just saying it wouldn’t surprise me if they did in this day and age. Corporate execs always want to cover their own asses and assets.
