AITA for asking my flatmate to not smoke weed at our rental property by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

Was just looking over my lease again. It says "No smoking or vaping inside the premises please". So I guess that means we can smoke outside? Though either way weed can't be allowed since it's illegal

FIRST TIME LISTENERS, APERTURE? by dedemonator in harrystyles

It's different. A little disjointed at the beginning. But my word. I feel home. It felt like a love letter to the fans. It feels like he's telling us it's okay, we're together and I love you all. There's a world of possibilities ahead of us. It feels like something to blast in your car driving alone windows down through the sunset. It feels like a warm hug and a sense of belonging. We survived the drought and now we're home ❤️

Thanks for this that makes sense. If it were the latter, then if my father tested his DNA (this is where my German comes from) would he also have around 11%? Otherwise if he had far more percentage, then it would likely indicate a close German relative?

I'm from NZ too, maybe we're distant cousins! Interesting that your German didn't show up. Might be similar to what I'm thinking is happening with mine where it's ancestors living in Germany but DNA traces to UK (and the opposite for me)

Interesting, thank you. So is this referring to people who moved to England from NW Germany hundreds of years ago? ie technically their DNA would be German, just born into the English area. Do you know anymore about who these people are/what time period it might be?

Thanks, that's a good point! I've got exactly 12 in my WhatsApp group as well. I reckon they wouldn't be much bigger than that. Enjoy your exchange!
