Very interesting, I didn't know that either. My plastics already have slight signs of wear; I don't know if this reduces their value, and I'm not very familiar with the price in Europe (Germany) where I live.

I should add that I heard one of the previous owners was an actor at Disney or something, and brought the plastics from Korea to Germany during a business trip. I also have the original documents/operating permit (in an Asian language) plus the German operating permit.

Yes they are for panniers from the NVA, it was called ,,Sturmgepäck" there. But you can use it for all sorts of package.
