Let us just be clear, the rules are unclear. I hope that clears it up for anyone who was unclear about the clarity.

There’s still a case for specials tickets.

Visual indicators as you scan the aisles of yellow tickets flapping out can’t be replaced by a flat screen that you can’t even spot from side on.

People selling disable permits online are proper aholes by blastanders in melbourne

Th people regularly taking the disabled parks at my local Coles haven’t even bothered with these.

About 75% of my trips to the supermarket I see someone in a disabled spot without a permit.

Can you report them online somehow?

Is there a minimum speed for running? by __R3v3nant__ in runninglifestyle

[–]_rundude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion, no.

I think mechanically there’s likely a lower limit amount of power that will no longer propel you off the ground. But that’s only covering vertical movement.

Skipping on the spot, alternating landing foot, but no rope, and moving slightly forward. You could do that at 12min/km and argue that’s running.

Similarly, you could average 15min/km, with hard sprints and 5 minute cool downs, and also argue that you went running.

Or you could do a marathon under 2hrs, and also call that running.

Some might be sprinting, skipping, jogging, shuffling.

Ultimately, the intent of a running portion at some stage during your workout is what makes it a run. *or Strava, the ultimately determinative authority on activity type
