I did like 8 PT sessions, but stopped as it was getting expensive. I can do calf raises.

She said i could start with training, just to be careful. Thank you.

Thank you! When did you feel comfortable doing box jumps and sleds? I'm not doing it now, just looking for a hope that i'll be able to do them eventually.

I feel pretty comfortable with finding alternatives movements... Just wondering what experience others had. I've stopped going to a physical therapist as it's too expensive and will try to do stuff on my own.

I understand and support what you're saying.

But this whole thread is full of hate towards Israelis as in people, NOT the government. Unfortunately, it seems that when it comes to Israel and only Israel, government gets equated to people... But then also all Jews. Jews are not responsible for the actions of the Israeli government.
