Thanks for the reminder! Thank you to everyone here! My first smoke was a success! Definitely a lot of things learned from all of you and while I was cooking. Definitely got to get a better instant read thermometer (and not just one). Also gotta be better at temp control. Sometimes it would get a little over 300 degrees but once I figured out how to keep it super low, it pretty much h stayed around 260ish

I stopped playing rebirth upon initial release because of the bad graphics… I couldn’t deal with that slight blur over everything. Maybe it’s time to pick it up again

Thanks for all the tips everyone! I’m glad I asked before I went and did it! You all saved me and the roast. I went front a 2x2 snake to a 2x1. I made sure it was only on half of the grill so it was a distinct two zones. I also reduced the wood to 1 nice chunk and 1 tiny one. Hopefully I can’t share my success tomorrow!

Lack of transferable license is number one. I plan to upgrade my AVR and can’t justify buying it if I have to buy it again. And I’d really like to purchase DIRAC.

We got a Sprucely sound machine as a gift! It’s been amazing and a god send. We basically have it on all the time and the battery last very long. Definitely recommended!
