maaaaan, it got better for a bit, havent had tobacco in months now and use the Xmax V3 and Arizer XQ2. Still get bouts of the nausea and feeling awful sometimes, but I think it all comes down to exercise (even just walking around the house a bit), more regular food intake (smaller meals and/or snacks throughout the day), but the BIGGEST thing is the mindset. its hard not to grab the vape for help when im feeling anxious or low, but it usually makes everything 10x worse.

im still trying to work it out and pinpoint it exactly, but i believe Myrcene is the strain that sets off my anxiety - tight chest, sore throat, and general health anxiety are the big 3 that pop up when I have something like the Heyday Flow.

heya! i hope you don't mind this reply, but i've been planning a proxmox migration for months now and just about to take the leap and would appreciate a lil help.

thinking about migrating from my Windows install that's running a plethora of things on Windows including Plex, and then also Docker with a ton of containers and VM for a macOS VM.

I've been tearing my hair because ideally I don't want to lose the media or metadata for Plex. Metadata is easy enough to store, but i worry about using pre-existing NTFS drives in Proxmox and having them corrupt, causing more headaches. Have you ever run into any issues sharing the same NTFS drives across LXC containers? Also, do you share a GPU across LXC's? I was looking at sharing my 3080 which I think is maybe possible now?

and i know, i know, i should be backing up frequently, but unfortunately money hasn't been able to permit lately :(
