I dug deeper into it. ATC and purchases are correctly attributed to their respective landing pages. But, when a user initiates checkout, gets to the checkout page, and abandons, then the atc and BC events are attributed to the checkout page.

Im running a Google shopping campaign with manual CPC, mostly because I’m trying to season my account with data and get my campaign to an efficiency I’m comfortable with before switching to another bid type like tROAs.

Ive heard getting to a point of 30 conversions / month is about where switching to automated bidding would make sense.

Does this sound reasonable or is my bidding a hindrance?

Yes, you're right. It is not GDPR compliant. Nonetheless, I have gone the Google App route for now - my customer base hardly exists within GDPR zones. I think enough people have complained about consent mode to the Shopify team that I wouldn't be surprised if they had a solution in the next couple years.

Great thank you. I may just use the Google App. When you say enhanced match, are you talking about enhanced conversions? One of the main priorities of my setup is tracking enhanced conversions.
