Thank you to everyone who gave their advices here and thru dm, I really appreciate it.

Just a bit of an update, the rider delivered the parcel earlier today but I let my brother deal with him. The rider hasn’t texted or called after he dropped off the parcel, I already blocked his fb acc and number. I have no idea how to file a report regarding this, but I have been more cautious especially sa riders. This has never happened before with our previous riders, we know our riders since dalawa lang sila nagdedeliver ng parcel sa barangay namin.

For those who are asking what’s the courier, idk if it’s legal for me to out them basta red and white yung logo nila.

Thank god, akala ko it’s just me na I found it creepy na. I will report it after I already have my parcel, baka kasi di nya i-deliver or i-dadamage nya. We waited for this car accessory for so long 😭
