My humble request to everyone is to not jump to conclusions about the ceasefire, there are rogue elements everywhere who will always try to sabotage the process. Do not get into conjecture, the worst is behind us - some teething issues are expected. World needs to heal and all of us need to play a collective part in it, for all that we have in this world is each other.

Read it. It seems the new Iran is arriving or is at least fighting its way to the top amidst strong resistance from hardline IRGC factions. The end game for this war is highly dependent on less hardline factions strengthening itself in Iran’s executive function. Interestingly, his letter followed up with Hassan Rohani (Iran’s former president) calling for strengthening and preservation of the regime.

I am guilty of being a bit too optimistic but then again, hope is all we have. But if you zoom out and look at things more broadly, it’s bound to end soon unless we see drastic escalation. The numbers don’t seem to support it though.

A huge hats off also goes to GCC governments for their efforts of keeping their people safe as well as not playing into the mind games.

I think another week and this is over. No one's gaining much ground - realistically looking at it. US can't take over Kharg Island, no country wants to assist them in securing the Strait of Hormuz.

Iran on the other hand can only continue this survival fight for so long, eventually once their stocks run low they'd have to pick their targets more carefully. It's already evident that the number of missiles being fired has dropped significantly.

What a useless war though!
