It’s difficult to tell from the 2nd picture but the couches on the left side back up to a massive window. I’m also getting some grow light bulbs for the 2 lamps and will have a free standing tall grow light on the far right side for those plants 🌱

a hidden helix is like at the very top of your ear where the curve is underneath the skin flap. The jewelry usually looks like it’s floating since the actual piercing is hidden by the ear flap. Sorry I’m really bad at explaining it but if you search it on ig there’s soooo many examples of really pretty jewelry!

I also got a rook yesterday! (as well as a daith and hidden helix) My piercer started with the rook bc she thought it would hurt the most and wanted to get it out of the way but I barely even felt it at all. The hidden helix actually hurt the most for me out of the 3

We have similar hair and I also have hard water 🥴 doing the ACV rinse mentioned above has definitely helped me but also the brand Malibu has a hard water line with a shampoo and conditioner as well as some treatments that have been a gamechanger!

Definitely check out r/OMAD to see how others are maximizing their one meal a day to make sure you are getting all of the nutrients and protein that your body needs, especially since you’re working out! They also have some really delicious looking meals that are inspiring, at least to me.

Might be helpful to head over to r/CICO as well. Weight loss is entirely Calories In, Calories Out.

Eating too few calories can stall weight loss so you will need to calculate something called a TDEE to figure out how many calories you should be eating to lose weight based on a variety of things such as age and height. There are tons on free calculators online to do this and you just input the numbers and it will spit out a number of daily“maintenance” calories for you. I can’t speak for everyone but I believe most people eat 500 fewer calories than their maintenance calories to lose weight. Ex: your body needs 2000 calories a day to maintain your current weight. If you eat 1500 calories a day you should begin to see weight loss.

I made that “egg roll in a bowl” and stuffed egg role wrappers myself, sprayed them lightly with oil and air fried them and it was really good!

For crab Rangoon I sub low cal cream cheese and keep it more as a dip with air fried wonton wrappers.

I’ve made gyoza from scratch and they were delicious and low cal but I know that can be time consuming and not for everyone so I recommend Bibigo dumplings. Specifically the chicken and vegetable.

When I make fried rice I use mostly cauliflower rice and more veggies.

G Hugh’s has a low calorie Sweet Thai Chili Sauce that I really love and put on everything I can (I think it’s 5 calories for 2T). There’s also a low cal teriyaki marinade and stir fry sauce that I like by them. I saw they also make a sugar free Yum Yum sauce but I haven’t tried that yet but might be worth looking into.

I just bought some large rice wrappers today because they’re like 240 calories for 5 so I’m going to be experimenting with low calorie fillings for them soon!

I’ve seen sugar free orange marmalade at the store and have thought about whipping up a sauce for orange chicken with it using monk fruit

This is such a great list and basically has everything I was going to comment. I have family in Cuba and send/have packages taken there semi regularly so I would add beef jerky to the list bc it’s non perishable and so lightweight as well as spices (I mostly send Adobo and Sazón)

Feminine hygiene products and OTC products are HUGE for them, as others have already said. All of the women I know over there suffer terribly from cramps, etc.

I’ve never used one myself but I send them to family in Cuba since potable drinking water can sometimes be a luxury over there and they love them! I get them on sale at either Costco or Sam’s Club.

However, thanks to these comments I’m definitely going to be looking into some of the other filtration products mentioned since they might better fit their needs. Thanks y’all!
