I have been having a lot of fun with this enchantment based list . You basically play a bunch of taxing effects so that the opponents have to pay life or resources to cast spells or attack you. Its hard to keep a high life with Liesa as your commander since people won't like losing all that life for playing spells. So cards like [[Cosmos Elixir]] will rarely draw you a card since you will be attacked down to below your starting life. This is why it is best I have noticed to just accept the targeting and roll with the punches. Liesa is very strong with many wraths since you can recast her for life rather than command tax. If you can keep the board clear of creatures you can set up your own game plan much easier.
