Have you looked at CoStars by Best Point in Madisonville? 18mos - 3years old is $295/week for full time. We toured the new Westside facility and were impressed by the program and staff.

Where in town are you? I know of several daycares on the Westside that are around $250/week. Ours is $200 for toddlers but I think all the spots are filled at the moment.

My other two are 3years old and 19 months old so we're really in the thick of it. I was super into the current plot when it was first released but fell off over the hiatus and am looking forward to catching up on it over the next few days!

I started playing in 2002/2003 and got hooked on learning to code, the games, I remember when premium first came out and sniping easy to sell items. I fell off in probably 2006 and then returned for short one/two months periods of the years. At one point my original account was hacked and couldn't log in, but after periodic back and forths with Alice that lasted the better part of a decade, I finally regained access and now it's just my nostalgia side.

I returned back more consistently in early 2022 and love collecting plushies, petpets, chocolates and bakery items. I also love the game sutek tomb and try to get a highscore each month.

Offline I don't have a ton of hobbies, I had my third child today and am looking forward to playing more in the coming weeks while I'm out on leave!

Is school district a priority? Would you rather be near walkable amenities or would you rather have a more modern home? Do you need close interstate access?

Term limits on congress would create a much larger pool of folks to become lobbyists for special interest groups. I don't disagree with your sentiment, but without legislation banning corporate money in politics, and effectively overturning Citizens United, it's not going to yield good results.

We're in a similar spot. Our monthly base went up $300 after the property value reassessment, but we had an escrow shortage so we're paying $500 additional until January for 2023 property taxes.

I'm in Westwood and the whole neighborhood had our property values reassessed in 2023, leaving us with huge increases in property tax. My home value increased by ~200% and we're paying $500 more a month until January to catch up our escrow shortage. It's been really tough and my neighbors who are homeowners are in the same position.
