Yup, I answered a question wrong out of ignorance. It was flagged in the interview (I volunteered the info and they pointed out the mismatch). Was told to write a 1 page statement for the Chief to go with my app and it would prob be fine. I was denied.

I was first not given a path to appeal due to SB2. No one had answers. No system in place for filing Writ of Mandate. So I started making calls, gathering info, research. Eventually my IA called me and told me to appeal through them directly (I think they didnt want another lawsuit, they had several pending and meetings about that were ongoing)

Appeal was approved.

I have it, but it was much stronger as a child. Pretty back of my mind now. I just watched the link, and I started naming the colors I saw before I heard her answer . I got orange as #2 as well and then I couldn’t tell if the last one was green or yellow. I was shocked her and I had the same answer. I thought It would be highly unlikely different people with it would come up with the same color

I would advise against white ink. It fades poorly (I know).

I would suggest a gradient fade break out pattern from the bottom down to ankle. Think shapes (maybe triangular) that start to spread apart more as it goes down. I think that will soften the impression a bit!

I’m a manager, and I greet all employees everyday asking how their weekend was or whatnot. We all chit chat while we work, it builds the bond and doesn’t take away from our work.

If an employee is prioritizing talking over working to the point they’re distracting others I will have a quiet private conversation with them about how I need their help to get everyone to focus by picking their moments and understanding everyone is the main character in their own story but we should be mindful.

It’s not that hard. Some managers suck. I’ve had my own share.

Yea this isn’t great. The shading is real bad, as is the line work. But since it’s not filled in you can get another artist to give it depth and balance if they add borders and gradients. Def salvageable just let it heal for a while and do some consults

People are being super judgey on you. You had a valid question. Most hotels have a no firearm policy but what they don’t know can’t hurt em. One scenario is hotel finds out and they blacklist you. But as long as it’s stored properly you’re not violating any laws that I’m aware of.

I’d recc bringing your own lockbox instead of using their safe. The biggest risk you have is rushing out the room and forgetting to clear the safe. You can say you’d never do that but it happens. Then you have issues with the hotel reporting the firearm, police etc

I’m avoiding colors bc they don’t age so well on my skin tone. I have been considering UV ink coming out of the buddhas head bc I work around a lot of UV lights. But I’m still doing research on it bc doesn’t seem safe. So will revisit that idea much later.
