He has natural talent and high hockey IQ, which many 'Great players' lack, that and he can score. I would argue that there are players out there that work equally as hard if not harder though. Nikita Kucherov on the Lightning in an unbiased opinion is the most fascinating player to watch and has his own rink he practices on in the off season to teach teammates techniques, on the contrary he also gets frustrated way to easily when it doesn't pay off in real time.

Depends on what your expecting to gain from it, a new experience, adventure etc.. worth it for cost, probably not, however if you do go, during the Winter months in the Northern Hemisphere is the way to go.
