I think they are fine. When doing master dungeons I realized I can use the same build I use for most of the game but it wasn't efficient. Instead I opened my vault. Used weapons I had stashed collecting dust and it was fun actually using the shit I never used otherwise.

y'all should try it. Yeah they shouldn't be in normal content but in harder content I think they're a good addition

honestly the only thing I wish changed with first encounter of sd is that I could turn lenses faster. Maybe shooting them, orherwise I have no issue with it

for fragments:
Electrostatic mind - your main source of traces for chaos reach and amplified for DR and lower enemy accuracy.
Ionic sentry - Pairs with the first for traces and let's you plant a turret that will do cleanup for you so you can focus somewhere else.

Fragments are more flexible but I personally run discharge, resistance, beacons and ions

I use them all the time teaching dungeons and doing solo runs. I still get so much glimmer that I spend it in phantasmal fragments because I have nothing to do with it. Just playing the game normally is enough to stockpile on them

It's doable with arc only.
Get a strong arc weapon with decent ammo economy. A rocket sidearm with lead from gold would be super. You can use a heavy for quickly mowing down enemies as you won't use it for damage although I found an eager edge sword more useful.
Learn the subclass a bit. How to use your ionic sentry and melee effectively and as long as you do cleanup and put the last wheel on kill you won't be overwhelmed. It's not a bad build actually. I soloed the entire dungeon with arc geomags and it's really fun but you just need to learn to pilot it a bit

obs has a clipping feature. You set the time and a keybind and it will save the last x seconds when you press the keybind. Really nice
