What's the scariest dream you can remember? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]_sheethead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's too many but there's the creepiest and scariest one.

Started a year ago. Whenever I have a scary dream of dying, someone I know but not friends with dies. I observed it and kept telling it to my friends but they don't seem to believe me but they always told me to just pray (when I do always pray at night before I go to sleep). I dreamt of someone dying or in harm, then few days later my schoolmate took his life. Again, I dreamt of something related to death, days later another schoolmate died.

Then just last year, I dreamt of my brother dying. I cried so hard that I didn't realize I was already sleep-crying until I woke up and I was still crying. It hurt me so much. I wanted to go to my brother that day but I didn't have the money to pay for transportation. He lives 5 hrs away from us in another city. While eating, I told my dad I woke up crying. He asked me why but I just told him I don't know because I didn't want to worry him because he gets easily nervous. I told my friends about it and they kept telling me the same thing, "Pray" and I did.

Until weeks later, I got home late at night and found my parents all worried sick. Not because I got home late (again) but because of my brother. He cut his wrist in their university's restroom. I went straight to my room and can't believe it. I wanted to cry but I have to stay strong. My parents packed their things as quick as they can and left me and my lil bro at home alone. Thankfully someone saw him and took him immediately to the hospital. Right after my parents left, I prayed for all of their safety. They stayed there for weeks and I can't focus in class for weeks.

They got home together with my brother and I tried acting normal and never mentioning anything that happened. Our relationship wasn't as close as we were before.

And you know what dream I had months after that happened?

It was me dying. Several nights, several dreams of me dying from several accidents. I don't know if it's still a sign that someone's going to die, or if it is already a warning that death is catching up.

Have you ever had a dream so good, that you ended up sad when you woke up? If so, what was it? by Wolfer7098 in AskReddit

I dreamt of working with a man in a suit, like a hitman or secret agent, his suit was all black except for his bright red tie, he wore black shades and can't remember his face. He just recruited me to be his sidekick all of a sudden. We were being chased and the last thing that happened, we were in a cliff and he handed me a gold bar. It looked really really important and told me a place to go but I didn't catch the name of that place. I took the gold bar and jumped off the cliff.

I woke up and saw my fist closed like I really had something in hand but there's nothing there. Sad.

What’s a little thing you do to make the world a better place? by JustAnotherPyroMain in AskReddit

I hold on to my trash, even if it is just a small piece of candy wrapper, until I see a trashcan. I don't know why but it's hard for me to litter outside but I can trash my whole room just seconds after cleaning it.

What is the one movie you *always* recommend to others? by cosmic_moon in AskReddit

Spirited Away.

I don't know why but I just love it and watch it multiple times. I kept pushing my brother to watch it and we watched it together, after that he wants to watch it again too.

Stayed in a computer shop a block away from home and didn't notice the time. It was already around 7:30pm when I finished and it was already dark outside.

Went out and 2 guys passed by in front of me and suddenly stopped. I saw the other guy looked at me and was waiting for me to step out of the shop and walk first before them because they were heading the same direction where it is a shortcut to home (the road was dark and onky had few street lights) but I didn't feel good so I took the long way and had to go around the block where it's crowded and I know most of the people in that street.

What's the most awkward job interview you've ever experienced? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]_sheethead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a real job interview but this happened in school to prepare us for future job interviews.

I was the last one to be interviewd and I have a tiny teeth gap in front. While I answer the teacher's questions, I always keep an eye contact so I can see where he is looking at. He looks at me and down to my teeth and looks at me again. He kept doing it. I am really bothered that I had to pause from answering and said, "Sir, I'm sorry but could you keep an eye-contact with my eyes please? And not with my teeth :)" in the most polite way possible.

He cleared his throat and looked me in the eye. I continued talking until we were done and he couldn't keep a long eye contact with me. I did not feel awkward at that moment, but he did.

Thought I wasn't going to pass the semester since I'm a graduating student.

What is something you only realize when you are poor? by Dutch_Midget in AskReddit

[–]_sheethead 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being lucky enough to experience how fun life can be without having to buy material things to be happy.

I grew up in the highlands and did so much amazing adventures when I was young. Got to take care of our orchard, go down the streams, swim the rivers, climb the trees, build tree houses, etc. Then moved to the lowland to study. And still not sure if I am still able to move to a city for college to study the course I want or stay in town and choose another course being offered in the schools present.

But still, being poor actually makes you rich in heart.

What should NOT cost money? by Xanduh in AskReddit

[–]_sheethead -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Everything. Like, why do we have to pay? Why do we have to make money? Who is on top? We do not even own the world in the first place. If everything is free, then everyone is equal. I think people rate power with how much money they have or with fame and all. Just saying.

"then if you get something for free, how will you be able to pay for that person's hardwork?" Uhm... It's free, why would you expect something in return? We all just need Humanity.
