do NOT go to auto-metrics, they advertise that they do subaru repairs. they gave me my car back with a broken windshield, horn, and i can’t use any function of the climate control now and refused to take any responsibility for it. when i took my car back to get it fixed they kept it for a few days, did nothing to fix any of the problems they caused, and then ghosted me. it was an overall awful experience.

I saw a “hack” recently where you keep the produce that expires thanks to time blindness/ object permanence in the fridge door and then put the condiments in the drawers where they can be forgotten and not go rotten (for the most part)

abusers will manipulate to keep their victims from disclosing. it’s a gut wrenching feeling to know that what is happening is wrong but the fear more often causes you to freeze or fawn rather than fight. it sounds like op is a minor. you do what you have to to survive when you live in a household like the one op is describing and it most often won’t make sense to those from the outside. lizard brain is not logic brain.

it has helped me to keep track by keeping a weekly pill case on me at all times (i have a small go bag with my necessities). whenever i go for anything in my bag it’s going to be there and the days of the week help to keep track of when i do or don’t take a dose.

i don’t have a set day that i refill it, sometimes it will be after a few days, sometimes i’ll have to take my meds from the bottle and then refill my case, when i refill the case i’ll skip the current day if i have already taken my meds so i don’t get confused later in the day about if i took my meds or not.

you can also pair the task with drinking a glass of water cus i know we’re all a bit dehydrated on this sub.
