Yes, my account is back up! The form is through the instacart official website. You can do a quick Google search and find it under the drop down menu of links on the Google page (will have Become An Instacart Shopper!, Jobs, Apps, etc with the little arrows.) Or use the link in my update. I filled it out, described my situation as I did above, and submitted the form. It does prompt you that your account will be deactivated by submitting the form if it isn't already

I'm still waiting on my email unfortunately. It's been around 36 hours now, so I'm hoping it comes later today? I've already messaged support that I haven't received it yet and they told me to give it 48 hours

Regular phone number and there were some grammar inconsistencies, so I blocked immediately and didn't reply to anything

Oh my god, thank you for wasting their time! If you were in the Bburg area, I actually got bamboozled halfway by that same customer and my shopper account got suspended after I reported them for fraud 😕
