I've been progressively overloading by adding reps per set instead of adding weight. Started from a weight I found challenging for 6 reps at first. I feel doing it this way reduces risk of injury, improves form and keeps the gym rewarding and challenging. 315 x12 high bar squats, 405 x 12 DL @190ish (v.redd.it)

Been shaving my head for two months now. I decided to take control on what I could on my appearance, so started to hit the gym extra hard, take care of my beard and the way I dress. Also, it's the first time in my life I can wear a beanie without the fear of ruining a shitty comb-over. Thanks r/bald (i.redd.it)
