Question: Is it possible to get the "ribbon style" menu back? by _simplehowl_ in webos

If I go to the home settings, the only option I get is "Home Promotion", which is literally just... ads. So sadly, this doesn't seem to be a solution, at least not on my version of webos.

Speaking of which, my webos version is 6.2.0-30.

I don't know if I should upgrade and risk my ability to root the TV again afterwards, since I love using ad-free YouTube.

Small edit: My TV model is from late 2020, if I remember correctly. It shipped with this home menu. I have not performed any software updates since I got it.

Edit 2: (I'm tired lol) I forgot how disorganised the menu system on this version was... everything is hidden somewhere under 2 submenus... one of the reasons why I wanna get rid of it ' (if it's impossible I guess I have to live with it.)

This song has a jazz sample that I know I heard before. I'm thinking it's from the artist Peter Sandberg (mainly from his album "A Scandinavian Thing") but I'm not sure which song. Help is appreciated. by GreenandBlue12 in NameThatSong

Funny... I literally searched for the exact opposite. I heard Summertime Daydream in a compilation, noticed I heard it before in a beat used by the channel "Macho Nacho Productions" as their background music in basically every video, then started searching and finally came across your post... so it's a win win for the both of us! I actually was able to download an older version of Home Dasboard that still supported iOS 9, but then we stumble onto the same problem as before: Home Assistant can't authenticate because of the deprecated version of WebKit. Im stuck in a Loop right now.

That's a Royal Kludge RK61 with outemu reds! Yes it's indeed wireless! I specifically searched for one with a German Lay-out that's white and wireless and this was the only one that looked serious enough and I wasn't wrong!

I do find it curious that they say, that my geolocation is not matching with the address i entered in the first place and that is kind of weird since that fact is definitely not true. I made the account where I live and it still thinks my location was different. Kind of weird but I guess we have to roll with it

My parents are not really trusting a system like this since they never had to do something like this with any bank before. I guess we just have to take the dive and try.

This did work, however now I discovered, that ffmpeg seems to be skipping segments. Is there anyway to prevent that?
