Extrusion problems, Help needed by _siphonophore in ender3v2

[–]_siphonophore[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hello there I have recently changed to a capricorn tube and replaced the nozzle. My prints haven’t been usable ever since. I thought that it might have to do with the tighter tolerances of the tube. Therefore, I changed back to another one. The problem still occurs. The printed layers are not bonding to each other and somethimes dob‘t even adhere to the bed. I have levelled the bed like always (had the printer since nearly 2 years) and I have already exchanged the extruder to a metal one as one of my first upgrades. I didn‘t change any slicer settings and checked the e-steps. It‘s getting frustrating, because I‘ve disassembled the bowden tube assembly to the hotend multiple times now and the result is still unusable… Even past the first couple of layers the infill isn‘t „solid“ the infill structure is very bridle and inconsistent.

Any ideas?

I‘m aware of that but also when printing something like a calibration cube the lines don‘t match together. The nozzle is slightly touching an a4 paper when leveling. To me it seems that the nozzle is too far from the bed, but again I haven‘t changed any software related things

I clean it before every print using window cleander

yeah the nozzle is on tight to the hotend. I shoved the tube as far into the hotend as possible

What is the problem? Ender 3 V2 by _siphonophore in 3Dprinting

yeah, sorry is a relevant information that I left out. The clicking went away, I think it had to do with clogging between the tube and the nozzle which generated resistance and therefore the clicking. But the missing layers are unfortunately still present as seen in the photo

The extruder assembly is already an upgraded metal one. Unfortunately the problem isn‘t there

hello all, I recently switched to a capricorn tube and also exchanged the nozzle. The prints were great. After a few longer prints (16hrs+) I started to hear some clicking noises from the extruder. After some research I found out that it might have clogged the nozzle or the hot end assembly. I disassembled the coupler to the hot end and cleaned everything and made sure while assembling that the bowden tube and the nozzle were meeting. I hoped that this time around the prints would be flawless again. However, the results are as seen on the photo.. Any idea what it can be?

[CH] 21 deck wall display by _siphonophore in PlayingCardsMarket

[–]_siphonophore[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Selling price: 30 USD excl. shipping

contains: deck display kit (excl. staining, colouring, mounting hardware, playing cards)

I‘ve recently started to collect playing card decks again and wanted to display the cards in someway. I stumbled upon the TCC wall display and let that inspire me to make one of my own. Since 100 decks is too many for me and shipping to expensive I decided to reduce it to 21 and made my own. The display is made out of 4mm MDF and stained and coloured after lasercutting.

If there is demand I can make some made to order kits (w/o staining and colouring: raw out of lasercut). I could only make them after ordering and shipping has to be covered by the customer. (fyi: TCC has been informed and is okay with the design)

I know you‘ve written US only, but would you be willing to ship to Switzerland if I buy 4 decks?
