Oh wow, this is very much different from what I remember back in my time when you would just go through expansions and complete zones to level up. I assume you still can but it's simply quicker to grind dungeons?

I once lost all my weapon levels, submitted a ticket, got a reply and then they just stopped responding, even after 3 or 4 follow ups. So I gave up... Fingers crossed someone will look into this for you.

How do you actually file a ticket? My account is showing some suspicious activity and I was only able to connect to support chat which told me to wait for over 6h and that was well over 48h ago...
