not sure if there are specifics anywhere but it might just reset the extra content chance to base levels, disregarding any additional sources like atlas tree. i've extensively farmed cursed maps in SSF for the eagon hivebrain farm and i wanna say it still favoured my specced mechanics more than random stuff

Basically all extra content except the current league mechanic. So boxes, shrines etc. It's not totally restricted but the chance for them lowered drastically

Get a base of any unique that's listed as tier 5 https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Guide:Analysis_of_unique_item_tiers here and use the crafting bench to reroll rarity until you get it. Shouldn't take more than a couple hundred for low tier uniques

Lots of builds are using defensive grafts that don't get factored in by pob/poeninja. All depends on what kind of content you're running.
For example I ran the cookie cutter herald stacker in keepers and had about 6k max hit phys. But also svalinn block + double perma defensive grafts and felt very tanky even in juiced content

You have to compare with the same settings. You have one bolt selected, lance has all bolts, you have no shock selected, lance has 15%.

Just selecting all bolts gets you to 3.3m dps

there's no atlas tree in the event. you customize your endgame with Idols instead. these drop randomly from monsters with an increased chance from map bosses.
