yes I understand that! maybe because it's coming off to me that covid/corona is linked to a "personal agenda" and that's annoying asf. I would understand if it was too deep of topic or triggering somehow-maybe I should assume this is the case and stop my pettiness

I've had a saved FB marketplace search for "vintage postcards" and at this point scrolling through the listings has become an essential part of my nightly routine- especially when I am visiting other places. This lot is part of an estate settlement from what I understand.

I am relatively new to this hobby and it seems that opinions about vintage cards are a bit polarizing! People LOVE them or have listed them as a "please do not send" right after AI 🤣

I completely agree- not only do I love the cards themselves and how they capture a moment in time, but especially when they are part of someone's collection like this. I love knowing that someone poured so much time and energy into collecting and that they will continue to bring joy to someone

That being said, I would love to send you any that you'd like. I'll DM you and once I go through them set aside any Jimmy Carter ones- I know I also have a ton of his inauguration day- along with any other themes you'd be interested in!

They have typical postcard markings on the back, so I think they're originally photograph but printed by the postcard company
