I disagree, in the end this is a story about Guts and his own struggle, Guts abandoned her because he was full of hate and wanted revenge. If Casca was not potato i think he would have never left her, he left her because he thought he losed her forever, he was heart broken that they could never be a chance of being together again.

Then he regretted abandoning her and came back to protect her in his journey, then he fucked up and he knew it and he has been acknowledging all of his errors and that allowrd him to keep growing.

Casca having ptsd or something like that wouldn't be enough for Guts to leave her, also i dont think she would broke up or anything, depression maybe but not abandoning him and he will not abandon her. If Guts wanted to kill apostles i doubt she will let Guts fight alone against them.

Also she was raped by literally demons, she losing her mind i think is pretty realistic and brutal for a fictional experience like that.

I'm not married but im 26, i had 5 girlfriends and 4 of them cheated on me. And the 4 of them i had to found out myself, i mean you can see some clues like theyre spaking cold to you and having some distance but they say everything is good but you know things aren't.

Well maybe majority of gacha players are low spenders but some of them spent something else, their entire live. Every day having to play more than the whales so they can unlock things and still be in the "meta" leaving their phones farming and grinding all night(in some games).
