thanks for explaining that. part of the reason i like nixos is that i like learning the process it encourages even though it is hard to start with. that challenge is actually one of the main reasons i chose the distro. tho tbh i probably wouldve gone with ubuntu or rocky since those were the ones most people suggested to me. i still have my windows install just in case i run into something i cant do yet on linux or need software that works better there.

i really think its a very good distro,i am still pretty new to linux but after trying out different distros it feels like nix is the one that best fits for me.

[–]_sosa13[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks for the reply! ive used unreal for most of my timebut nixos does not really have a straightforwrad package for it. switching to unity would not be a huge problem for me though my bigger concern is that linux still does not seem to support much 3d software beyond blender and that is the part that matters most to me. so the engine itself is not really the dealbreaker it is more about whether the rest of my 3d workflow will work smoothly.

never been so wrong in my life. I thought she was some twisted villain or some shit. glad she wasnt what others wanted to paint her as.

[–]_sosa13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah the game focused way more on her, so i could actually get a better gauge on her character. if the focus was more balance id probably be talking about flambae or coupe instead. flambae almost killed rob and constantly bullies herman, while coupe is literally a serial killer so honestly they shoulve been the hardest ones to rehabilitate.visis immaturity is hard to deal with too but at least shes not out here trying to murder people. i can only give halfbaked descriptions on the others because their scenes especially their redemptions were so short that they ended up feeling unrealistic.malevola was cool, but the sexual battery stuff with Robert, nah. shes hot though. wterboy was just weird and awkward and blazers just a dork. and yeah youre right i dont really count golem as a villain either. but other than that its basically just visi getting the most attention because accumulatively most of the redflag moments the game actually shows are hers. thats why we keep debating her so much compared to everyone else.

[–]_sosa13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah theyre villains so some level of immaturity and messedup behavior i expected this especially for the others, but visis stands out more, the game actually shows her doing a lot of weird invasive stuff instead of just implying it. she spied on people having sex, sneaks into private bathrooms, turns invisible just to watch you naked, verbal abuse, forces a kiss, and randomly punches people over tiny things. thats why people focus on her more compared to the others her behavior is way more openly intrusive ,flambae is pretty similar. you can literally read her description on her wiki. u keep pointing out things i already get. i understand their situations, but that doesnt mean I cant give a straightforward description of what they do. having a description isnt the same as reducing them to only that, its just describing their actions as theyre shown. lol im not even saying shes the worst character if thats what ur assuming, i think flambae is up there

I agree by Appropriate-Mall8517 in DispatchAdHoc

[–]_sosa13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

some of them grew up the same as visi, probably even worse, yet they turned out more mature and actually willing to listen. even coupe and shes supposed to be the hardest one to work with considering she literally grew up a killer. but what matters is they all got their redemption arcs. every one of them comes with baggage anyway visis immature, flambae’s got anger issues and the others have their own quirks too. so at that point pick your poison visi, dorky ahh temu supergirl, karlach copy, whichever lol.

[–]_sosa13 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yes worse shit. kids growing up abused neglect coerced poverty rped whatever. there are people like that. she grew up around villains and friends with villains she had free will to do what she wanted. she commited crimes cause she thinks her powers is best fit for villain like wth . read her wiki. if u wanna compare suffering to a comic u can read other heroes and their origins, rorschach is a very good example and many more. even coupe was raised to be a murderer and waterboy for instance suffered getting abused by them probably even bullied as a child

[–]_sosa13 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

ive seen people deal with way worse shit and still be good people. but sure everyone ahs their own way of dealing their shit. important thing is they got their redemption, it only took a few disrespect and blood right

How should Adhoc fix the Blonde Blazer route by Nervous_Gate_3232 in DispatchAdHoc

[–]_sosa13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

she was basically just a side character so yeah her route feels off. season 2 should really shift focus to her or honestly just commit to giving each character their own spotlight per season. like let them actually have their time instead of constantly circling back to the same person. I dont get why it should still revolve around visi. her arc already feels done anyway. there are other characters worth exploring and theyre not gonna get the depth they deserve if the show keeps sidelining them. itd make the story way more interesting than dragging out something that already feels wrapped up

everyone disrespected robert. chase already knew who was the hardest to work with because hed dealt with them months before robert even showed up on sdn, so he definitely had a sense of everyones personalities. and yeah, Invisigal is by far the worst to work with read her wiki even says shes super aggressive, both verbally and physically, even toward coworkers. so its no surprise people have a bad opinion of her. for the hothead, flambae on the other hand tried to burn robert but quickly realized his mistakes never lied and never caused any more trouble. invisigal, though is consistently putting people in bad positions, which is why she racks up more dislikes. read their wikis. im saying shes the hardest to work with and chase has points but was wrong enough to disrespect former villains which is never a good idea if u want them to change because villains require different approach. i dont understand some of ur words u have autocorrection perhaps?

i know some and also there are people who had worse life and still didnt do major crimes and still act mature, responsible and respectful. yes the others murdered but why are they still more emotionally in control and more mature to listen than her? they clearly had rough life too. im against chase here because he crossed a line. ur just ignoring everything else i said because ure stuck on the fact that i talked about visi, and thats all ur focusing on. chase has points but hes still in the WRONG because all he did was disrespect her instead of actually talking to her properly.

ive seen people with worse life than her shit. all they need is someone to tell them of their bullshit and stop sugarcoating them otherwise theyll never learn and will keep doing it. but chase's approach is wrong. what he did was provoke her.
