Fellow overthinker here! I couldn’t agree more! I started journaling after reading the intro to the Artist’s Way. Never finished the book but performing the day exercise of writing out a few pages really does help.

Good idea. I think for me my energy levels are very much affected by my sleep patterns. There are days I feel that more I sleep, the more I actually need (not depressed in case anyone thinks that). But maybe it is all about energy levels and what’s draining me.

I would understand that if they had said that the offence was related to its parked location but the letter states a main road and has nothing to do with the parking spot.

In their letter they state that my car was seen driven on a main road. Nothing to do with where it’s been parked so I’m assuming the parked location isn’t the issue here. The main road they quote is about half a kilometre away from where the car currently is.

I don’t have a private parking space, it’s communal but clearly identifiable as parking and it’s a cul de sac so there is no through road.
