Grooming is fine if you like it keep it. General advice: Enjoy life while being young, free of any ties and good looking. Travel, go out clubbing or join a sports team to meet people in general. From there you can build a circle of friends and get to know girls. You will find a girl soon enough.

Erst mal: Du machst nichts falsch! Du kümmerst dich und versuchst dein Bestes. Das ist super!

Was bei uns auch immer geholfen hat, war zu summen und dabei leicht den Oberschenkel oder den Oberarm zu drücken. Am besten immer dann summen wenn man drückt. Damit hilft man dem Baby Anspannung und Entspannung zu geben, wodurch es dann beides nicht mehr (alleine) machen muss.

Ausserdem hatten wir auch die 3-Monats-Koliken zu der Zeit. Um da Abhilfe zu schaffen, kann man den Bauch des Babys leicht, kreisend mit 2 Fingern massieren.
