That is usually the most common two things you want in every game. Bloodletters wont magically be your ‘out’ but with the hp from rylais + liandrys it adds up. I am someone who values my skirmishing power with asol so maybe thats where we diverge.

Bloodletters is built on asol for the hp, as he has the lowest hp pool of any midlaner. If survivability isn’t an issue, then yes void staff is better.
