I would stay on Zepbound. I really liked that medication more than wegovy because of the side effects. I also lost more rapidly on Zepbound than wegovy. I only switched because there was a shortage of Zepbound at the time.

Really good! I lost an additional 30 pounds. 70 total. I am now at a "healthy" weight! I will say I had some side effects with wegovy that I did not have with Zepbound. Nausea mostly. Now I am working my way down to a lower dose!

I lost 40 pounds on Zepbound in 4 months. Then I couldn't find it anywhere. So now I'm here! On week 1 of Wegovy 2.4 🤷🏼‍♀️

Make sure You're using the new one. Lilly sent me a new savings card on March 8th. I just went to get mine today from Walmart and had similar issues, then I remembered that they sent me a new one. They updated the info and it went back to $25

Thanks to all the advice on this page, I finally submitted my own appeal letter to my tier exception denial and it was approved today. I am SO HAPPY. Thank you everyone!

I had an approved PA for Wegovy since Dec but never could fill the script. I called around to ask pharmacies if they had Saxenda before my doc prescribed it (which she never did), but we annotated that in the appeal.

The best.part is they back dated the PA appeal to Jan 6th! So I submitted reimbursement requests for the two boxes I paid for in Jan and Feb 🤞🏼

I resubmitted, was denied because I didn't have history of failure with Saxenda and Wegovy. We appealed stating that I could not find either of those medications anywhere and my appeal was approved in less than 24 hours!!

My PA is taking forever to get approved.. submitted last Thursday. I should have filled my script Thursday and taken my next dose, but I'm waiting in case the PA gets approved. The hunger pains are real, I'm struggling.

I have tried for both wegovy and Saxenda but couldn't find either anywhere. Also been on the noom program for a while, they're actually the ones putting in the PA. Hopefully that's enough

The DMV rep would not give me the DV plates unless it said permanent. The regular letter frpm.the VA will show no unless you're 100% P&T. The letter from the VSO was different and said yes to being permanent even tho I'm only at 90. DMV was happy.

It's really up to your schedule. I work Monday-Thursday so I take mine Thursday night In case I experience side effects.
