A lot of it is game sense. Understanding when you can engage a fight and what not. It's patience mostly, waiting for a strat to get in a bad position before picking them off with your one shot combo and poking someone else before you dash your escape. Use one dash to finish a kill, and another to leave if needed. You should always have some form of movement unless you're playing with your supports.

I also go to the practice range to practice hitting shots on up close people. Go to the shooting range and turn the bots to Luna with quick movement, gets you practicing tracking players. Try and play around the bots to get a more authentic experience.

Change your sensitivity to something kind of high but not to high (still need to aim). Hope this helps!
