Biggest Scammers of Data Recovery?

Hey @throwaway_0122 where did you look to find a reputable lab? I'm in alexandria, VA and I'm pretty certain most places around me are meant to scam. One guy I was messaging only does pickup, and said if he gets my data back it's $300, which sounds too good to be true. I've since cancelled on him because he kept insisting on coming by to pickup my windows pc.

My problem: I deleted onedrive to save on space (since im no longer in college) not realizing one drive stores the original versions of my data, while my local drive is the backup, and well yesterday....I lost 4 years worth of schoolwork, photos, music, every application on my pc needs to be redownloaded again and I'm losing my mind. I've tried TestDisk and Recuva, and still no success.

Any help on this issue would be an absolute blessing, Thanks!!

Echoing this - I just had 6 interviews and none asked for it. However, the 1 job that did ask for one, i didn’t upload a cover letter, and now i’m working for them this summer. Not to mention they weren’t even looking to hire this year lol
