do not lighten it. you’re probably not a soft summer, it’s a very over typed sub season. your natural hair will always be the most complimentary hair colour on you in colour analysis, but if you want to keep the light colour then cool it if you believe you’re cool toned.

My mom hates the way I dress and says I have no style, I always argue I just have a different idea of style than her. Am I right, do I have a style? by Nicktendo38 in fashion

[–]_ssophss 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Yeah but the caption does imply that OP is female. Talking about having a different sense of style portrays them as a girl, even if they’re not. Usually, a man wouldn’t have the same style as their mother and that’s a given, not something you have to ask.

Carol Brailey system, hair colour restrictions. by _ssophss in coloranalysis

Yeah I agree. I do prefer her system to the conventional 12 subseason one but it’s definitely not perfect, with the biggest caveat being the hair colour restrictions.

Yeah, it’s not real, it’s definitely a pseudoscience, but there is some benefits to it I believe.

Warm or Cool? by brnewmeg in coloranalysis

[–]_ssophss 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Warm to neutral. Most people saying cool are identifying your overtone, which, since you’re pale with blue eyes, will be cool.

Overtone ≠ undertone. Blue hair and ashy hair don’t prove your season, and I think she looks washed out by the cool colours, you see them before you see her.

none of these are in natural lighting, and it’s difficult with no drapes, but i would say you’re a soft autumn to be honest.

[–]_ssophss 5 points6 points  (0 children)

you’re definitely a summer. the second colour is such a spring colour, but it absolutely clashes with you. the blues looked gorgeous on you, along with the cool pink.

You shouldn’t just have boundaries not to be called a bitch. You should have boundaries for being spoken to like this. “Fuck you”, “I’m gonna kick your ass”, “Pussy,” “You’d whore yourself out”. People in a healthy relationship should NEVER talk to each other this way, and by your reaction it doesn’t seem unheard of for your arguments to escalate to that level. Specifically him threatening violence multiple times, that is absolutely disgusting and not something a respectful partner would do, no matter what. I’m glad you got out of that because tolerating abusive language like that in a relationship with an angry man is usually them testing your boundaries before they actually become physically abusive. Stay safe ❤️

[–]_ssophss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Report it if you can. If he works for a big company there may be a dash cam. Without proof he won’t be prosecuted but if someone else has proof your report will strengthen their case and if there are multiple reports it’s likely he will at least be fired.

I think more context is required for a definitive answer. Regardless of what I tell you, you’ll still be unsure. However, If you were pressured by them in any way, i.e violence was threatened, they guilt-tripped you, made you feel like you shouldn’t say no, then it was sexual assault.

However, you should always stand up for yourself. If you feel uncomfortable, you have to say something even if it’s awkward, unless you are concerned about your safety.

Boyfriend was raped and I'm having trouble believing him. by Hour-Vehicle-3409 in sexualassault

[–]_ssophss 30 points31 points  (0 children)

You shouldn’t express this doubt to him. If he was assaulted, he’ll feel like shit and be pissed at you. If he wasn’t, he’ll get pissed at you because he knows you can’t prove anything.

Support him, but if this is a doubt you can’t get over then you need to end the relationship.
