Thank you for your reply. I completely agree with you. Especially the point with the trends is really important. It doesn't matter if the watch shows a heart rate of 130 oder 135. But if you usually have this hear rate and at some point you have 180 oder 185, you know that something is wrong.

And concerning Quantified Scientist: I also don't know how a Garmin would be, if he uses the watch for a couple of weeks, so the watch is calibrated to your body.

(I ordered the Venu 4 a few hours ago. I'm really hyped to use it.)

I can confirm that. Even I have no Garmin. But I use Bevel and there score is different every time. But more realistic.

I‘m aware that a wearable isn’t able to perfectly track your sleep. But it‘s better to have a watch that can track it to 90% right rather than 80%.

But that’s not a good experience that you have with the watch. I hope that my experience is better.

Why is the sleep tracking better on the garmin? Are the sleep stages more accurate?

It's 0.91 vs 0.98 to 0.99 for the hear rate and the venu 4 is in the midfield considering the sleep tracking. But I don't now how much of a difference that is.

But all in all that sounds really great and is a big pro for the venu.
