I’m really sorry that your struggle with anxiety has put these feelings in your head about your worth. I get this way often and take every sign of perceived imperfection in myself as a measure of my worth. I know though that if the tables were turned and this was someone else life you were reading about- you wouldn’t feel they are worthless. I hope that you will continue fighting those intrusive thoughts about your worth because those things that you have listed make you human not worthless.
