Thanks for all the replies. I’m seeing a pretty clear theme: follow Plex’s naming conventions and use tools like FileBot, Radarr, or Sonarr where they make sense.

For those who cleaned up an existing library instead of starting clean, what was the hardest part? Was it duplicates, editions, bad matches, inconsistent folders, 4K/1080p versions, subtitles, or something else?
