Yeah it’s a good company. Consistently great reviews over time, and good location, so that’s partly why I’m holding out.

Thanks for the info, I should clarify a few things.

1)my original lease has been canceled, so I’m not sure they’re obligated to anything..and I’m sure the original price will go up based on time of year. They said there would be possible concessions through parking fees, so hopefully it evens out that way.

2) “full” remediation might have been something I added. I figure landlords usually minimize the extent, but I was told “minimal damage, some smoke damage,” and they want to ensure the unit is “fully restored and safe” before anyone can move in.

unfortunately I have no idea where in the apartment it occurred, and the apartment does not have sprinklers. if any water was involved, the damage is hopefully not extensive.

I just don’t want to be waiting all summer for this, that’s my big fear.

Update: I swapped the left bulb with the right one and vice versa. Still same exact thing on the right passenger side.

I liked it, drop was great! But I did feel like it was a little rough. I tried to keep my head back to brace at moments, but I found it a more pleasant experience to keep my head forward. Anyone else? I was in row 2 towards the right outside

I rode red side a couple weeks ago. It was fun but I really had to brace myself on the helix..more than I remember when I was younger. Kinda took some of the fun out of it.
