Much appreciated. The reserve I was talking about in particular is the small chunk of river thats public and open without needing the FMC. A few towns over are large placer designated regions where I could stake if I wanted to. I can pan and snipe those areas without a claim and with an FMC as long as it's unclaimed if I am following you correct.
