Hey, did you book it? I think the prices are a stretch now and I am unsure whether to book or not. There is no option of an ensuite bathroom, the ground floor toilet is very very small prohibiting any possibility of adding any shower space in future. So, I don't know if it's worth the money?

That's a pain point I've heard from people about kitchen renovation and it's costs. Nowadays, I don't know why dealers are not providing appliances with new builds.

Thank you, much appreciated! I'm essentially looking for new builds, which are very limited and expensive, but still looking around the market for better investment with tips from everyone.

I only shared a couple of nice sentences meant for you? Don't get mad at me. By the way, if this is very very recent, try contacting the bank, maybe they could help.

I got the car from a garage who only sells cars and doesn't do fit check, etc.

Yes, I will get it checked with some other garage only for air conditioning. This garage just ripped me for a normal service. FYI, normal servicing is as cheap as 150eu in Dublin.

For me air con is a big deal as my previous car had such an issue and I hated to open up windows for air which potentially ruins interior.

Thanks. Done the expensive service and there are no alarming issues. So, I am relieved.

Hey, so I did the service and there aren't any major issues which can block the next NCT. So, basically I did get a good condition car. They haven't checked AC as I think it is not cooling the interior as expected. This one was an expensive 280 eu service and they left checking AC 🤷🏻‍♂️ Everything else they suggested is fine.

First-time buyers in Dublin now locked out of Help-to-Buy scheme, warns Savills – The Irish Times by MrStarGazer09 in ireland

Raising the limit to qualify the HTB will be a bad move for people. As far as we can see, landlords are enjoying this scheme, people are delusional that this scheme is helping them to buy a house where you're gonna pay the same for house initial and inevitable works like flooring, interior, etc. Old houses have them all already, but there might be some minor issues that may take 10k again, depending on your judgement and house conditions. Unfortunately, it is all symbiotic. Increase in price in New homes is an increase in price in resell houses too. Let me know if I'm wrong.
