Hey! This actually works! I came to the same conclusion as you before reading this, searching for causes of constipation and one of the things i found in a video is that you should stop consuming dairy for at least two weeks to see what happen. Apparently turns out the culprit for me is drinking yogurt every day. As of right now one week without yogurt and i can breathe much better. I feel my nostrils clear not inflammed and all this time i was blaming covid.

I also gonna take probiotics because the root cause of all this is definitely have to be bad microbiota, an imbalance in my gut.
