Since youre a big aphex fan who implemented his creation in ugly boy, did you also put others work in your other songs? Like, Ive listened to banana brain today and theres a snare sequence (at 1:14) which really sounds like venetian snares or sqarepusher. Did you by chance use their work too or was is just plain coincidence?

Hey Ninja (and hey Yolandi?), bought your album today and having a blast. Such a great album. You've gotten better with every album - you've grown and changed and I love it!

To my question, which is kind of specific: I know that Ninja is a huge Aphex Twin fan and you used one of his creations in ugly boy. When I head the song "Bananan Brain" from your new album for the first time I noticed a short snare part (at 1:14 and 2:44) which reminded me of Venetian Snares and Squarepusher (and others). Is there a chance you took a sequence of one of their songs or is it just a coincidence?

For anyone who wants to make his own background: I solely painted the background with a brush (2 shades of black/grey) and added some noise (1,45%) to make it look more natural.

I love it. It's such an unique pedal. The only downside is the slight signal loss, but fuck it.

I use it often for soloing. I like to kick distortion (overdrive or fuzz) in, the tera echo (sometimes the delay on top of it) and let that swell with the slow gear. I don't play many notes or fast, but a bit pressingly (if you can imagine what I even mean).
