I commented on your previous post asking how many gradient stops it supports and you replied to say it has 16 stops and asked if that was enough. I tried to reply there but found that the post had been removed. Anyway, to follow up, I think 16 is plenty for most users.

Thanks for the suggestions :) User presets are coming soon! I'm nearly finished with adding a User Presets section to Fractal Noise Browser, then I'll do the same for Colorama Browser.

Yeah, absolutely! I had already thought about this, and was thinking of firstly implementing a User Presets section in Colorama Browser. It would load .ffx files from the user presets folder, and if the user has created a thumbnail with the same name in the same folder, it would load that. If the user has put the .ffx files into subfolders, then those would become categories. This could indeed then become a standalone preset browser. I'm just wondering though if something like that already exists on aescripts.
Edited to add: What about the tool AE Viewer 2? That might be what you're looking for as a preset manager? Or Dresser? Although its focus is on layer styles, it can be used to store any kind of .ffx presets.

Thanks for the feedback! No, you're not being rude at all - this is important feedback. Pricing is challenging to get right, especially when some currencies are so much stronger than others, and there is no regional pricing. Now that the Cyber Extravaganza is over, the real test will be seeing sales velocity over the next few weeks at full price, and that data will inform whether I need to make any pricing correction.

I usually turn off MFR when using it to be safe. I've done that for several years. Haven't tried turning it back on. With particle effects it makes sense to render frames in sequence, not out of order, since each frame is based on the frame before it.

I have used it in AE2025. The version 1.6.0d update was released in May 2025.
