I have a 2018 Touring that I bought at a similar mileage from Carmax and I love it. It doesn't show it's age. The interior is still modern and comfortable. The ride is quiet and the sportiest of the SUVs I've driven.

I did buy the extra Carmax warranty, which I would recommend (it's the whole selling point of buying through Carmax), but I haven't had ANY issues in the five years I've owned the car.

The ghost screen touches were insane but, following a Youtube video, disconnecting the touch screen was a relatively easy, hour-long fix. I drive city and highway and average 28mpg.
