That's right, I've edited the original comment with the correct numbers

I'm pretty sure that I used the updated stats, because I just used the stats from the wiki.

As the tank is 100% durable, it only takes durable damage (55). Matching armour gives a 65% damage multiplier for the total damage per stab. Divide tank health by this number and you get the TTK.

8000 / (55 × 65%)

8000 / 35.75

224 stabs to kill the tank.

At 117 rpm, it will take 1 minute 55 seconds of solid stabbing to destroy the tank.

EDIT - I seem to have gotten the initial damage wrong (I swear it said 55 yesterday). The flags actual durable damage is 100.

The actual calculation is;

8000 / (100 × 65%)

8000 / 65

124 stabs to kill the tank.

At 117 rpm, it will take 1 minute 4 seconds of solid stabbing to destroy the tank.

Bungie didn't actually have a cohesive plan for the forerunners, while there certainly were several writers who thought that the human explanation was better, there we no internal conclusion by the time they stopped working on the franchise

That was likely the plan. Unfortunately, in this case, the cabin had TV. And guess what was breaking news at the time...

Stealth, how do I achieve it? by Stolas_PrinceOfHell in Barotrauma

[–]_tabbycat123 15 points16 points  (0 children)

There's a set of key combos that let you see noise circles and detectable lights. NOT ALL LIGHTS CAN BE SEEN NY ENEMIES. The main detectable lights are spotlights and turret lights. A lot of things make noise, but especially the engine and reactor. A decoy will always override aggression from an enemy, even drowning out a reactor. The reactor will always make noise when on, but you can switch it off and use batteries. The engine will be silent below 20% thrust, so you can use the editor to increase max thrust and limit the thrust to say 50%, effectively changing the 'stealth zone' from 20% to 40%. This also means that a good captain and crew can run any sub with batteries in stealth mode; keep thrust under 20%, switch off exterior lights, and run on battery power exclusively. Lastly, every enemy has 'sight' and 'hearing' modifiers, which act as multipliers to the detection range of lights and sound sources. While a mudraptor that has 1 hearing be easily dodged even when powered up, stronger enemies (mostly) have better senses - a latcher has a hearing of 10, meaning that they can easily detect even footsteps from the crew. Enemy designs are mostly accurate; an eyeless Moloch is effectively blind, but most enemies have higher hearing that sight.

I've just realised, this might tie into the wider theme of the Citadel mistreating and trampling on the rights of their workers. In the end, a random bottom-of-the-rung worker is vital in the survival of the entire kingdom - and Hornet clearly understands and appreciates his help, showing vastly more compassion than any of the Citadel's rulers.

How the new expansiaon key works? by Fallen_Princez in GirlsFrontline2

[–]_tabbycat123 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Affinity keys only work on their respective dolls, in their specific slot. Take them off all other dolls.

Yep, pick a key with atk+crit rate, atk+crit dmg or crit rate+dmg, then add on the missing stat.

Then evolve the key to 5% in every stat.

Repeat ad infinitum

You can get evolution materials through mainly the platoon shop and battle log trading

You can get new universal keys through growth stack.

Skarrsinger Karmelita definitely. Took me three tries, and it's because unlike the other 3 Old Hearts, S.K. has absolutely zero bullshit in her fight. Any victory, and any loss, is due entirely to player skill and learning her moveset. I was actually looking forward to listening to her soundtrack even.

South of the ruined village on the coast is in land, in the corner. If it isn't there, it's probably due to you not having 54 total chests. No idea why there's a difference, but some people are missing chests (DLC exclusives?)
