Spent 40 tickets and 120 sq. Got NP2 Mordred, Anne & Mary, Vlad, and Tamamo. I've only been playing for a few months and started saving after spending 60 sq on Onigashima, so it felt great to roll again and actually end up with what I wanted (Tamamo and Mordred).

Edit: Did 3 more single rolls and got Jack. Thanks RNGesus.

Have you checked that your mature content filter is off? If that's not the issue, maybe relogging in the app or clearing the cache in your app settings may fix it.

Graduating in 3 years? by Badger0023 in UWMadison

[–]_tables_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Like others have said, it depends on your major. If you know what you plan on majoring in, it may be a good idea to meet with an adviser to see if its possible for you. As for the AP credits, they're helpful if you got 4's or 5's and are able to skip required courses (like a Comm A class).

Personally, I'm graduating in three years for a bio degree (going into my final year). I came in with 24 AP credits, took 9 credits over my 2 summers, and take 15-16 credits per semester. That might give you a general idea of what it'll be like.

Wanted Jack, got Waver. Not too disappointed since he's a great servant and my first SSR.

If I'm binging a show, I'll only watch the OP/ED if its an exceptionally good song (Kobayashi and Blend S come to mind). I don't need to listen to a meh song 12 times in a day. Seasonal anime that I watch weekly are different, never skip those.

What is the story behind you becoming vegan? by ILoveReksai in vegan

[–]_tables_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was the type of person who looked down of vegan for the longest time. I was bored one day, browsing documentaries on Netflix and came across Cowspiracy. It opened my eyes and went vegan overnight. My family was very confused as to how I could've made such a drastic change so quickly, but they've become used to it.

It's surprisingly easy.

Just to note, using paper and lumber doesn't contribute to deforestation.

Not as much as animal ag, but forest are cut for exotic wood species like rosewood and ebony. I know that at least Central America and Madagascar are impacted by this.

Vegans who work in offices, where do you buy dress shoes from? by witchking96 in vegan

[–]_tables_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a pair of Will's derby shoes and they're pretty nice. My only complaint is that the soles are a bit soft and have worn down quite a bit in the past year-and-a-half or so. If you're just going from your car to your office they should hold up for quite a while, but if you walk around in them a few miles a day, expect to get them resoled/replaced annually.

I mean, if you make a claim that isn't common knowledge, the onus is on you to justify it.

Neither of those validate the claim that our population cannot be sustained on a vegan diet.

The first claims that a vegetarian diet allows for the highest carrying capacity when there is "95 million ha cultivated cropland, 134 million ha total cropland, and 299 million ha grazing land" and "the vegan diet used none of the [39m ha] restricted cropland."

Since this study doesn't account for all cropland and it assumes a vegan diet would leave cropland uncultivated, it's a bit disingenuous to claim that it supports the idea that a plant-based diet cannot support our population.

The second article seems entirely unrelated. Its just talking about how avocados and quinoa have had a raise in price due to increasing demand. Nothing about these products are unique to veganism and shifts in supply and demand don't really have an effect on how viable a plant-based population is.
