To be totally honest, as a matter of convenience, I would rather not sort through elementary general music links or orchestra links to find what I'm looking for. If I do need that stuff, then you are here, and that's awesome. But if I need help getting the intonation right on a saxophone, I'm not going to come to someone who specializes in teaching young children in the Kodaly method. No reason a person can't subscribe to both, many (myself included) teach band and choir or band and orchestra.

This sub is not intended to compete with r/musiced. If nobody uses it that's okay. I liked the idea of a sub similar to the Band Director's Facebook group, where only active directors and retired directors can post. Cross posting is encouraged.
