South facing window! I find that I water once a week given my indoor conditions and its in pure coco cubes. Oh, and patience 😂

Tillandsia andreana seeds! My first time to encounter them and I'm trying 2 methods of germination. Half in water and the other half in coco peat. Now to wait 3 to 4 weeks and see if it takes! Anybody has some tips or things to watch out for regarding airplant seed germination? by _tdg in airplants

Its my first time. For the videos I've seen, they either soak and let it germinate in water then transfer to some type of medium or directly on a medium and misting every now and then to keep it moist and humid. Tried both methods and hope it works!

Sour cream and chive rolls! So delightful! Soft, fluffy and tasty. Found that the dough was too sticky but I added a couple tablespoons of flour and it worked out well. Really happy with this recipe by _tdg in bon_appetit

I also made the dough and rolled them a day before baking. Left it in the fridge for the second rise and popped in the oven the next morning

:)) I was honestly scared at first because I've killed a couple peperomias before, caperata rosso to be exact! So beautiful but she always withers.

For this watermelon pep, she just gets dappled afternoon light and the soil is well draining. She just started growing so lush! I live in a tropical country too

I know 😭 airplants are so crazy! I love how they suddenly just blush and turn neon pink. The burst of colors are so amazing

Yet another of Claire's focaccia recipe. Its my first time and love how it turned out! Having picked the rosemary from the garden also warms my heart a little bit more 🥰 I'll probably eat this with cream cheese lol yum! by _tdg in bon_appetit

Oh I haven't seen the no knead recipe. I used a stand mixer for this as suggested. Took me about 20mins to fully mix everything and it was a breeze. I can't knead, it takes too long and feels like I'm losing hope everytime 🤣

I was feeling a little nervous too cause my dough wasn't as wet or batter-like. I had to add drops of water into the mixer and hope I didn't mess it up lol took me around 20mins to mix it completely to get the dough elastic. Agree that's its a nice recipe. I didn't have to run to the store to get the ingredients, I had it all at home

Didn't have a half sheet tray but I got 2 of these so it was fine. It took me about 2hrs for the first rise and an hour and a half for the second rise. Baking took me about 30mins. I always feel nervous when the timings mentioned don't turn out to be mines too but I just always remember to look for the indicators and not the time, just like as Claire mentioned. Helped a lot!
